LIAONING GOLD TIME GOLF CLUB

- LIAONING, CHINA -

LIAONING GOLD TIME GOLF CLUB

A Semi-Private Resort Course built in conjunction with a new Hotel and Resort, in the Port City of Yingkou, China. Located in the Province of Liaoning, the course was constructed on the western coast of the Liaoning Peninsula, adjacent to the Bo Hai Sea. The spectacular site lent the course to embrace a 'links inspired' design with natural bunkering, sandy waste areas, "wind-swept" sand dunes draped in fescue grasses and artfully contoured fairways. Primarily designed for resort guests, the course was intended to be fun and enjoyable for the average golfer, but with the back tees stretched to 7,199 yards it can also provide a stern test for low handicappers. The course celebrated its Grand Opening in conjunction with the completion of the resort hotel in the Spring of 2010.

JINGSHAN LAKE GOLF CLUB

- BEIJING, CHINA -

JINGSHAN LAKE GOLF CLUB

An 18-Hole, private club located on the northern edge of Beijing, China. Jingshan Lake was designed and built the purpose of creating a difficult test of golf for a low-handicap membership and to provide a unique and memorable golf experience. Given the property's modest terrain, our vision was to create a course which embraced attributes and characteristics reminiscent of Oakmont Country Club. At 7,103 yards, the Par-72 course the course is demanding with a balance of tough bunkering, strategically placed water hazards and undulating greens that will challenge even the best of golfers. Jingshan Lake opened in 2012.

TIANCHI LAKE GOLF CLUB

- URUMQI, CHINA -

TIANCHI LAKE GOLF CLUB

An 18-hole, Semi-Private Resort Course built in conjunction with a newly constructed ski resort and boutique hotel. The facility is located in the Province of Xinjiang, China and was constructed minutes from “Heavenly Lake,” a top tourist attraction in Asia. The property consisted of sharply contoured ridges and valleys, which lent the course to embrace a 'links inspired' style featuring wide, undulating fairways with multiple lines-of-play for each hole. The links inspired design is complimented with natural style bunkering, sandy waste areas, land forms draped in fescue grasses, and artfully contoured fairways. Primarily designed for resort guests, the course was intended to be a fun, unique, inland-links experience which challenges golfers of all playing abilities. Tianchi Lake Golf Club opened in 2013.

The three sets of nine holes were constructed on significantly different topographic and vegetated areas of the property, which aided each set of nine holes incorporating a unique style. As a resort destination, the course was intended to be a moderate test of golf, with generous fairway widths, visually stimulating bunkering and strong fairway contouring. GOLDEN MOUNTAIN GOLF CLUB

- SHANDONG, CHINA -

GOLDEN MOUNTAIN GOLF CLUB

An 18-hole, semi-private resort course as part of a 54-hole golf resort located in Qingdao, China. The course was built as key amenity for a newly constructed Hotel, Conference Center and Residential Community and was constructed on low-lying property, adjacent to an estuary that feeds into the nearby Yellow Sea. Approximately 3 million cubic meters of fill was imported to elevate the site above the flood level. With water hazards incorporated on every hole, fairways were designed to be as wide as possible and bordered with sandy-waste "saving" bunkers to improve the overall playability of the golf course. Golden Mountain was intended to be a moderate test of golf, not overly demanding for the casual player. At a Par-72, 7,005 yards, the course presents itself well, though it can play very difficult when windy. Golden Mountain Golf Club opened in 2010.
